Ramadan Food Distribution Reaches 2,000 Families

During the blessed month of Ramadan, the Imtiaz Foundation distributed food packages to 2,000 families across Kabul, Nangarhar, and Helmand provinces.

During this year's holy month of Ramadan, the Imtiaz Foundation distributed comprehensive food packages to 2,000 families across three provinces: Kabul, Nangarhar, and Helmand. Each package contained a month's supply of essential food items including rice, cooking oil, lentils, flour, sugar, and tea. Families were identified through coordination with local mosques, community councils, and existing foundation beneficiary registries. "Ramadan is a time of reflection and generosity," said the Foundation's Program Manager. "We are honored to be a channel through which donors can fulfill their Zakat and Sadaqah obligations in a way that reaches those most in need." The distribution was carried out by 45 volunteers working across six distribution points. Special arrangements were made for elderly and disabled beneficiaries who could not travel to collection points, with home delivery provided to 120 households. The Foundation thanks all donors whose contributions made this distribution possible, and invites those who wish to participate in future campaigns to register on our volunteer portal.
